Crown Valley Winery and Big Bison Meat Company have been shipping meat nationwide for over 6 years.  Our shipping experts will ensure your product arrives in excellent condition.  All products are shipped via FedEx from our facility in Ste. Big Bison Meat Shipping

All Big Bison Meats are shipped in insulated boxes with gel packs and dry ice to ensure the meat arrives in excellent condition. We also monitor temperatures daily and make adjustments to guarantee a successful transit.  We use FedEx services as the most efficient way to ship your product. Big Bison Meats can only be shipped Fedex 2nd Day or Overnight.  Big Bison Meats are always shipped separately from wines and other Crown Valley Store products.

After an order has been placed for Big Bison Meat a customer service rep will contact you via email with your shipping date and expected delivery date.  We will also track your package for you until it is delivered.  If you would like to receive a tracking number please let us know.  Orders will be processed within 48-72 hours Monday through Friday and will be sent out on the next available shipping window. To avoid packages sitting in a warehouse over the weekend we ship on Wednesday & Thursday only rush/overnight on Thursday.

You must be 21 years of age or older to order wines.  Signature is required for all wine deliveries. Packages will not be left without a signature by an individual 21 years of age or older. Crown Valley Winery is not responsible for additional shipping costs if wine goes undelivered.

During times of extreme temperatures (hot or cold) Crown Valley Winery will hold orders and only ship out packages when the weather is suitable. This is to guarantee wine quality during the time in transit.

If I live in the area or am visiting, can I pick up an order?
Yes. We welcome our customers to stop by our Crown Valley Winery facility 23589 State Route WW, Ste. Genevieve, MO 63670 where we distribute all Crown Valley Winery and Big Bison Meat products.  If you call us in advance we can put together your order and have your product waiting for you.

Can I send an order as a gift?
Crown Valley Wines and Big Bison Meat make fantastic gifts and we receive a lot of gift orders. Simply indicate the recipient address and we will ship it directly to them. If you would like to add a personal note in the gift box please let us know in the comment section.
